·     Responsibility for the development and maintenance of an application for the invoice control of external provider services

·     Development and support of a central workflow tool for the lT business unit to assist with lT-internal processes, in particular incident and change management according to lTlL based on Serena Business Manager (SBM)

·     Development and support of an administration tool for the preparation and follow-up of meetings Board members

·     Development of a control system for monitoring backup operations on server systems

·     Maintenance and support of MS Windows servers and SQL servers as well as support of Oracle 10i servers

·     Change management (system analysis, concept development, cost estimation for adaptations of existing systems, implementation of departmental specifications)

·     Further development of the systems according to technical criteria, e.g. in case of release changes

·     Training and familiarization of additional contacts, especially with Serena Business Manager

·     Project support for second generation outsourcing (change of lT provider from T-Systems International GmbH to Hewlett-Packard GmbH)

·     Adaptation of the database access layer for invoice control from Microsoft Access ADP (Access 2007) to Microsoft Access ACCDB (Access 2016) as part of a project to migrate from Microsoft Office 2007 to Microsoft Office 2016.

·     Implementing and improving Data Protection Management systems in local small and medium companies

·     Responsible for GDPR as external data protection officer for 3 companies

·     Working as expert witness for GDPR regulations

·     Implementing ISMS Conformio as Foundation Leader
