I am a passionate IT and cybersecurity professional with decades of experience. I've served in key roles such as CIO, CISO, and CTO, helping organizations of all sizes to build resilient IT systems, fortify their security systems, and grow security related practice offerings. I also owned and operated a successful Florida based MSP/MSSP for over 13 years. I now mostly focus on helping customers get ready for audits, do training for their staff, and conduct incident response tabletop exercises.

My experience includes several industry regulations and standards including HIPAA, HITECH, HITRUST, CCPA, CMMC, CJIS, ISO 27001, FEDRAMP, FERPA, GDPR, NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53, SOX, NY DFS, and PCI.
